The website has a large selection and attractive prices. But in reality, the store only has Kama tires in stock; everything else has to be ordered in at least 1-2 days, even though the website says they're in stock. Ultimately, after calling other stores (who also list everything as "in stock" on their website), I found and purchased them elsewhere.

The selection and prices are ok. They forgot to bring the wheels, so I had to go there twice. The wait for delivery and tire fitting is long during tire change season.

Everything's great. But when the order is ready for pickup, it's not ready for pickup at all. You have to wait another 10-15 minutes.

Large selection of tires and wheels. Reasonable prices.

I can't say anything bad.

I liked everything, good consultants

(Translated by Google)
Polite employees, fast service, the only minus - you have to run invoices from the office to the warehouse yourself, and so everything is fine

I liked the service

Large selection of tires and wheels, reasonable prices, and in-house tire service

Low prices on tires and tire fitting

A very nice place. The only inconvenience is that you have to walk across the entire room from the operator to the cashier. The mechanic didn't notice during installation that I had an extra ring on the caliper. I had to take the wheel off again at home to install the ring. Overall, everything is fine.

It would have been great if it weren't for the tire service. The wheels arrived as promised (perfectly spot-on), and I received them lightning fast (they were already there before I could blink), and that's when the only problem occurred. I had a tire service appointment scheduled for a later time, but they were accommodating and said it was possible to change the wheels earlier, which was a huge plus. However, after the "assistant mechanic" jacked up the car and removed two wheels, things stalled. Things got back on track after a minor argument (I don't like when people show their true colors). I didn't argue, but immediately called the call center, and they changed the wheels lightning fast. As the saying goes, an eagle is a proud bird; until you kick it, it won't fly. A huge plus for the management and managers, and a huge minus for the boorish mechanics. This happened in Podolsk.

Huge selection of tires, fair prices. The warehouse and tire service are excellent, but it's impossible to tell whose turn it is to service.
The downside is the mud and puddles on the grounds, and there are no restrooms, only an incredibly smelly booth in the corner of the parking lot.

The sales managers get an A+, the tire fitters a C-. So the average is a B.

I ordered tires through their online store and had no issues receiving them. They took me to the tire shop on time, but the access to the lift was very tight. The staff was polite and the consultants were knowledgeable.

We ordered a wheel. Upon arrival, they quickly found it and replaced it. All is well.

I've bought tires here twice—they had the best price. It takes 1-2 days from ordering online to delivery to the warehouse. After that, everything is quick and convenient. Card payment is accepted. Good.

Good prices, but tire service is quite mediocre

We bought and changed the tires. But before we could even get home, one of them went flat, so we had to go back. It turned out to be a bad valve in the lane. They said this almost never happens. It does happen, and for some reason, it happens to me.
