I waited 10 days for my order to be shipped. The call center couldn't answer anything, it was just a script. It was impossible to get through to a manager. I couldn't take it anymore and cancelled the order. I have a feeling I'll have trouble getting a refund.
If you're not in Moscow, just don't buy from them; they're truly a real pain in the ass. They're acting like scammers.

Everything is late (already 9 days late), they didn't deliver what I ordered (different parameters were ordered), the manager, Maria Kosyakina, doesn't answer the phone, didn't agree to a discount for the delay, the storekeeper can't sort out the discrepancies, and there's a delivery fee when buying a set for 180 thousand. I don't recommend it.

A terrible company. I contacted them through their website, chose "Wheels," ordered delivery, and paid for it. Three days later, the manager wrote back, "We won't deliver to you," and told me to drive 200 km away and pick it up. I canceled the order, and they told me they'd refund my money in 10 days. Is that normal? Don't bother with them. There are plenty of responsible companies, as I've learned since dealing with these scammers.

I placed an order on November 26, 2024, and they promised delivery in 10 business days (which is quite a bit, considering it's a 14-hour drive from Moscow to Krasnodar, while shipping companies take a maximum of 3 days). Today, December 5, 2024, 10 days later, my order still hasn't shipped. The manager responded: "Your order will arrive by December 16, 2024, at BEST. Otherwise, who knows what could change at this scam. I definitely don't recommend it. There's no store. Just a warehouse. Everything is in Moscow. As you've probably already realized, something terrible is happening with the delivery. There's no meaningful feedback from the managers. I'll try to get my money back."

I had my tires fitted at this store when I was buying tires. The wheel balancing was poorly done, and when I drove onto the highway, the car started shaking. The store manager seems incompetent. Ignore the tire fitting discount; it's better to have your tires fitted locally by a trusted mechanic.
