I'll tell you the full story: I bought a used car. Then I bought four tires from you for the winter. I brought four old assembled wheels with old, bad summer tires to put on them. The mechanic assembled them without asking any questions or clarifying anything. Out of habit, I asked the mechanic if the balance was okay (since I'm new to this brand of tires). The mechanic said one wheel was definitely square and needed repair. I asked him to do it, but he said it was already assembled and couldn't be done, no time, appointment, etc. Then I asked why they didn't tell me before assembly; I would have paid for the repairs. His eyes were on the floor in response. I ended up going to another service center on the same street (a tire service, by the way), and the guys there showed me something that even I, the average person, can see if I point it out: one wheel had a crack along the edge that was sealed with sealant, the second wheel was dented, the deformation was visible to the naked eye, and two wheels were fine. I went back to Mosavtoshina for their service and asked the service manager there and showed them, to which he replied: these are your wheels, not ours, and we don't look at their condition. I said, "But you saw the crack?" No, we didn't. Then why did they apply sealant? Because we apply sealant to all wheels during assembly. Their attitude is that what you give is what you get... In the end, I went back to a regular service center, where they disassembled the wheels for repairs, and by the way, there was no sealant (even though the Mosavtoshina technician claimed they do apply sealant). I highly recommend Mosavtoshina tire service.

We bought summer tires from this store and we were right! They grip the road perfectly on both dry pavement and in the rain, and hydroplaning is no problem. Handling is crisp, noise is minimal, and the car is quiet and comfortable. The wear resistance is impressive: the tread barely wears out even after long drives. I definitely recommend these tires; they're reliable and comfortable! ?

The website isn't super intuitive to book, so I had to do it the old-fashioned way, by phone. But the whole process—replacing four discs and balancing—took no more than half an hour, and the guys worked quickly. I'm happy with everything.

They have a large selection of tires on site; it took us about 20 minutes to look at them all. And that's just for one diameter. The consultant was also very nice; he didn't try to push anything overpriced, and only offered options within the stated budget. We'll see what the tires look like next season.

I ordered Emtech Hancock off-road tires and used them on a couple of trails, both in rain and mud, and on asphalt. From all my experience and training, I can say that the car handled well—they're selling genuine parts, great job.

I ordered forged wheels online. They didn't have such a large diameter in stock, which isn't a popular item, but they arrived quickly. I arranged a replacement date with the manager; I didn't even have to look online for available wheels, which was convenient. I also got a nice 40% discount on putting them on my car, which was nice.

I was driving from St. Petersburg on business and got two flat tires, one on the way into Arkhangelsk and one in the city itself. Such "coincidences" make me wonder about the condition of the tires, so I decided to change them, just to be on the safe side. I contacted Mosavtoshina because they were the only ones who had the tires I needed in stock, not on order. They replaced them quickly, and I left my old tires with them. I'm happy with everything.
