Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I bought tires, and they also have tire service right there. The waiting area is pleasant. Everything is clean. I'm happy with everything. The downside is they're closed on Sundays.

This isn't my first time buying tires, but tire fitting... even with the discount... The prices are simply outrageous ? it's impossible to get tire fitting done there!

Fast and efficient. Very good prices, it's best to order tires in advance. They gave me free bags for my old tires!

They do a professional job, and I liked everything. Their prices aren't the lowest, but they're not unreasonable. Although some wheels are cheaper.

Good prices on tires, fast tire fitting!

Good selection of tires, reasonable prices. Polite staff. Fast delivery. This is my third time ordering. I highly recommend them.

High-quality goods, wide selection, low prices, lots of discounts and promotions!!!

Excellent service. Reasonable prices. The only inconvenient thing is the parking at the store. To pick up an order, you have to go into the store first to get the paperwork. The warehouse is behind the store; you have to enter the driveway before you get there if you're coming from Rostovka. And in front of the store, it's a continuous road. You have to drive toward Rossiyskaya Street first, then turn around and head back. It's easier to park right next to the warehouse and then walk 30 meters to get the paperwork. That's what I did today.

Price, efficiency, everything is honest! Thank you for being there! I wish you success!

We ordered 5 tires and received a text message saying the order had arrived. We arrived at Ogorodny Drive to pick up the tires, and lo and behold, there were 4 tires, but the fifth was missing. How is this possible?! The people at the order pickup counter, who don't speak Russian well, said they had 4 and that's it. I went to investigate, and the manager replied, "You know, 5 tires arrived at the warehouse, but 1 was sent out for delivery." What delivery?! How could someone send someone else's tire, from another order, out for delivery?!?!?! And what the manager suggested: let's re-order 1 tire, and you'll come pick it up within 5 days!!! Again, it boggles my mind! Someone searches for tires, chooses the cheapest place, comes to you, fully confident the order is complete, and you offer to come back again, and in the end, it turns out to be... what?! Is it really that hard to organize smooth operations and not send tires from other people's orders to other orders?

This is my third time ordering. I love everything, especially the price, which I can't find anywhere else. Everything is delivered quickly, within a week. However, this time, citing the season, it took three weeks to arrive.

This isn't my first time buying tires, price-quality comparison

Convenient and inexpensive. The tire service is neat, but they don't balance the wheels well.

Order number #1064565B. In terms of purchase, delivery, and product quality, this is one of the best. I definitely recommend it, with one exception: customer service (managers). Since they've introduced the "Free Tire Fitting" promotion, please honor it. My store was listed as eligible. On the phone, they keep saying, "Yes, yes! This promotion will apply to your product!" But when I actually pick it up, the situation is completely different. They make excuses, saying that since you bought the product at such a low price, there won't be free tire fitting (the promotional terms and conditions on their website don't even mention such locations, so where's the information????). The managers are a complete mess. I recommend it as a good store for "just buying tires" at a reasonable price.

Closed on Sundays, tire service is closed on Saturdays. Prices are average.
