I called Thursday morning to order tires. The girl said they had two in stock, but the other two were in St. Petersburg, and delivery from St. Petersburg was only on Fridays. BUT she couldn't order from St. Petersburg herself; only a manager could, and a manager would contact me within 24 hours, never sooner. And indeed, the manager called Friday evening and offered delivery in 10 days. I ordered from another place—they'll deliver tomorrow. Can you imagine how many customers you're losing with such "customer focus"? Order 1502762
